Hedgehog Cupcakes



Ready to assemble!


   First of all I took some chocolate buns out of their cases and cut the tops flat. I then turned the cakes upside down and covered in chocolate buttercream before rolling white fondant in cocoa powder to form chocolate fondant. I made 4 large balls and shaped them into the hedgehog faces with eyes and mouths. Lastly, I pushed snapped mint matchmakers into the hedgehogs, giving them spines!
